1. Who runs this site
My Dark Page (mydarkpage.com) is operated by Emooze LLC, a limited liability company registered in New York, United States, with a business address at 418 Broadway, Ste R, Albany, NY 12207, United States. You can reach us at workwisenyo@gmail.com. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
2. What the scans are, and aren’t
The scans, archetypes, readouts, red flags, pair cards and scripts on this site are for reflection and entertainment. They are plain-language summaries built on published personality research, written by us. They are not a psychological assessment, a diagnosis, therapy, medical advice, legal advice or professional advice of any kind, and no clinician has reviewed your individual results. A readout describes the pattern in the answers you gave. It says nothing certain about any real person, including you. If you are worried about your safety or your mental health, contact a licensed professional or an emergency service in your country.
3. Using the scans about other people
You may answer questions about people in your life. What you conclude, say or do about those people is your responsibility. Do not use anything on this site to harass, threaten, defame or expose anyone. Share cards and links describe an archetype and your own answers; they never contain the name you typed, and we ask you not to add one when you share.
4. Who the site is for
The site is intended for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and do not buy the paid report.
5. The paid report
The Full Readout Report is sold through Gumroad, which is the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts, taxes and refunds under its own terms. After purchase you receive a license key. Entering it on a result page unlocks the report in that browser; the report is generated from your answers on your device and is not stored by us. If the report does not unlock or is not what you expected, request a refund within 7 days through Gumroad or by emailing us. Sharing a license key publicly may result in it being disabled.
6. Affiliate links
Some links, including book links to Amazon and the therapy-matching card, are affiliate links. If you buy or sign up through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change what a scan tells you. We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program.
7. Your content and our content
You keep whatever you create by sharing a card or a link. Everything else on the site, including the questions, readouts, archetype names, characters, artwork, code and design, belongs to Emooze LLC and is protected by copyright. You may share cards and links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish the content without written permission.
8. No warranties
The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emooze LLC and its members, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on the site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 10 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York, and you consent to that venue.
11. Changes and contact
