What’s my attachment style?
Attachment style is the pattern you fall into when someone matters. Fifteen questions about how you actually behave when you’re close to someone, when they pull away, and when they get too close.
Pair scan: you both take it on this phone, one after the other, and get a card for the two of you.
Answer for how you are in relationships generally, not with one specific person.

How this scan works
Four patterns, 15 questions, one readout.
Every question feeds one of the pattern meters. Whichever pattern scores highest relative to its own scale becomes your readout, unless nothing scores high, in which case you land on the baseline archetype. The archetypes are plain-language summaries of patterns described in published personality research, not clinical labels.

Frequently asked
What are the four attachment styles?
Adult attachment research describes secure, anxious (preoccupied), avoidant (dismissive) and fearful-avoidant (disorganized). Most people lean toward one style but show some of the others, and the pattern can shift with a partner who is consistently different from what you expect.
Can my attachment style change?
Yes. Attachment is a learned expectation, and long-term studies show people move toward secure attachment through stable relationships and therapy. The change is gradual and shows up first as a faster recovery from the old reaction rather than its disappearance.
Is my answer data stored?
No. Scoring happens entirely in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone.
